Chapter 54: Another Fifty-Fold Resource Reward
Qinchuan actually intended to break open this massive beehive to harvest and consume the honey within.
True to his decisive nature, Qinchuan directed his transformed sword spirit to charge straight at the beehive. Under a dense onslaught of flying swords, the hive's barrier shattered instantly, revealing the interior space.
This finally allowed everyone to witness what lay hidden inside the colossal honeycomb.
The interior was densely packed with countless bees. The sheer quantity was overwhelming, enough to make anyone with trypophobia feel profoundly uneasy.
"Damn! That is an absurd amount of bees."
"Even with mental preparation, seeing the inside of that hive still gives me goosebumps."
"This feels so disgusting."
"I almost threw up. The number of bees is terrifying. Could there be millions of them in the entire nest?"
Qinchuan also furrowed his brows slightly. He had not anticipated such a terrifying density of bees, but he quickly devised a better strategy to deal with them.
Forming hand seals with both hands, he summoned a brilliant crimson light from his palms. The sky-full of spiritual swords seemed bathed in a rosy glow, turning entirely red as a scorching, intense radiance burst forth from them.
They swiftly coalesced into a blazing sword of fire.
"Look, the swords are changing!"
"It's a flaming spirit sword! Not only can Qinchuan control spiritual swords, but he can also command fiery ones? Just how many things does he have hidden from us?"
"It seems Qinchuan's repertoire far exceeds our expectations. There are simply too many secrets surrounding him."
"Is Qinchuan planning to wipe out all these bees? Fire is indeed the best counter against them, but with a swarm this massive, can he really pull it off?"
"Burn!" Qinchuan commanded the flaming spirit sword, plunging it straight into the heart of the beehive. A sheet of roaring flames erupted from within, rapidly spreading across the entire structure.
The fire Qinchuan wielded was no mortal flame; it was a cultivator's sacred fire. When cultivated to its pinnacle, it could evolve into the True Fire of Samadhi, and with sufficient fortune, even more formidable flames were not out of the reach of possibility.
The blaze quickly engulfed the entire hive. Countless bees scrambled to flee, but before they could fly far, they were reduced to ashes by the ferocious heat.
The fire wielded by Qinchuan was terrifying beyond measure. The bees offered zero resistance, swallowed up, incinerated, and erased in large swathes.
The viewers in the live broadcast room were stunned once again.
They had never expected things to go this smoothly, this simply, and above all, this swiftly. It caught them completely off guard.
They had assumed that facing such a staggering swarm of bees, Qinchuan would either have to retreat empty-handed or expend an immense amount of effort to succeed.
Yet, seeing him resolve the entire crisis with a single move rendered them speechless.
Qinchuan was simply too overpowered!
This flame was beyond anything they could have anticipated.
The entire beehive was now ablaze, resembling a cavern of roaring fire. Any stray flame that touched a bee was enough to incinerate it completely.
"I can't let the honey be destroyed," Qinchuan muttered, plunging straight into the burning nest without hesitation to search for the honey.
Since he had cast the flames himself, they naturally caused him no harm whatsoever.
However, Qinchuan had not expected the interior of the beehive to be far more expansive than he had imagined. Breaking through obstructing barriers, he searched everywhere for the hidden honey.
Suddenly, a deafening roar echoed through the space, and Qinchuan leaped backward, dodging away from his spot.
"Bang!"
With a thunderous crash, a monstrous creature slammed into the ground right where Qinchuan had been standing, cracking the earth beneath it.
"Holy shit! That scared the hell out of me. I thought it was some kind of trap, but it's a monster!"
"Damn! That monster fights without any martial honor!"
"Qinchuan's reflexes are insane! Good thing he dodged that sneak attack, or it would have been tragic."
"Thank goodness Qinchuan is alright. Now I can breathe easy."
"Qinchuan, kill that beast!"
Gazing at the sudden appearance of the creature, Qinchuan watched as its profile materialized before his eyes.
[Monster Name: Purple-Gold Queen Bee]
[Quality: Bronze]
[Combat Rating: Three Stars]
[Innate Abilities: Summoning, Poison Sting, Reproduction]
"Another Bronze-tier monster!"
Seeing this creature, everyone was once again struck with astonishment.
Qinchuan had merely wanted to eat some honey, yet he had stumbled upon a Bronze-tier monster. No one could have foreseen this twist of fate.
His luck was truly defying the heavens.
They already knew that a three-star monster was nothing more than a toy in Qinchuan's hands.
Therefore, not only would this creature fail to harm Qinchuan, but it would also grant him another lucky draw.
"So it's just a three-star Bronze-tier Queen Bee."
Qinchuan felt no fear; if anything, he looked somewhat amused. Staring at the buzzing queen bee, he shouted, "Hey oversized bug, stop your racket and hand over your honey!"
"Buzzz~~!"
The Purple-Gold Queen Bee roared in anger, flapping its translucent wings as it charged directly at Qinchuan.
Roughly the size of a large dog, the queen possessed massive compound eyes and wings that, when unfurled, kicked up a violent gale with its four pairs of translucent pinions.
"Bang!"
With a casual sweep of his small hand, as though swatting an annoying fly, Qinchuan smacked the Purple-Gold Queen Bee straight into the ground.
Simple, direct, violent, and decisive.
Overwhelmingly powerful.
When dealing with three-star Bronze monsters previously, Qinchuan had still needed to exchange a few blows, but now, he could floor one with a single palm strike.
"Qinchuan has gotten even stronger!"
"So formidable!"
"Qinchuan is both badass and adorable. This bee basically delivered itself to him on a silver platter."
"Little bee, you dared to attack? Got a bit too careless, didn't you?"
"A mere queen bee, and you thought you could take me on!" Walking up to the fallen queen, Qinchuan raised his hand once more and brought it down heavily upon its head.
[Forbidden Land Announcement: Yanhuang fortunate one, Qinchuan, has slain the three-star Bronze-tier monster, Purple-Gold Queen Bee. He is randomly rewarded with fifty times the fresh air resources for the Yanhuang Nation and has earned one three-star lucky draw reward.]
The entire Forbidden Land was once again thrown into a state of shock.

"Qinchuan is a god!"
"Qinchuan, you are simply too incredible! Your luck is ridiculously good."
"I desperately want to know where these fresh air resources will manifest. On this planet, being able to breathe fresh air has become a luxury."
"Indeed! I truly hope this resource appears in my city."
"Olygiah!"
The air resources secured by Qinchuan sent ripples of awe across the entire globe. While this type of resource might not translate directly into immediate wealth, to human survival and daily life, it was a priceless treasure.
Countless people anxiously hoped that this resource would manifest in the cities where they lived.
