Volume One, Chapter 21: The Spirit Embryo
Below the leader of the Bull Tribe, the blood that once stained the ground red now surged wildly back into his bony staff. The leader’s body gradually withered away. The once pale bone staff slowly darkened to a deep crimson. The gash that Jiang Huan had carved into it began to mend itself. When the staff’s color deepened to the point it seemed ready to bleed, the dark red quickly faded. Moments later, the staff returned to its original pale hue.
Zhang Yu stepped forward, picking it up with a smile. “You lucky brat! This is a spiritual embryo! Out of three thousand beasts, you might not even come across one!”
Jiang Huan was stunned.
A spiritual embryo—a rare material from beast spirits...
Johnny, who was closest to Lian, struggled to climb out from a pile of wood and stones, looking toward a direction he had previously noted. Once he looked, his eyes reddened, and his gaze was about to burst with emotion. Fortunately, a nearby Shaolin elder helped him regulate his breath, allowing him to recover quickly and continue the acupuncture treatment.
Up close, one could see the phantom figure was formed from flowing, seemingly tangible divine energy. From somewhere unknown beyond the grand hall, faint threads of demonic power converged into the shadow, becoming part of it—like rivers rushing to merge with the sea.
Teaching martial arts was far more interesting than running a business or working as a bodyguard. Taking advantage of Li Jia still being groggy in sleep, he quickly washed up and stepped outside.
Even though the platform’s height increased the difficulty for them to leap up, those stationed at the edges could still use weapons to knock down those attempting to ascend. Yet, the overwhelming, terrifying scene and the seemingly unending numbers instilled a sense of hopeless pressure.
Fang Lang thought, could this material be a gift from the heavens? Ah, it was truly strange.
“I’ll go buy it. Brother-in-law, you stay here and keep my sister company,” Yue Hong said, taking money from my bag and rushing out the door.

“Welcome, Mr. Qian and Master Qian, to the bank to oversee President Fu’s business,” I greeted them both with a handshake.
At that moment, Li Tianfeng was also on high alert. When the battle broke out, Han Bingqin’s opponent would surely be Duan Fengtian. Then the remaining early Great Ascension cultivator and three others would definitely target me. What was I to do then?
Hearing that astonishing answer, Fang Lang’s pupils sharply contracted. He finally pinpointed the source of his unease! Without a doubt, it was the seemingly harmless youth before him! Alarm bells rang in his mind, and unknowingly, Yong An and White Day appeared in his hands.
Just then, Su Shui’s father approached the two and knelt down with a thud. Everyone was shocked.
Within this space, he discovered the octagonal artifact. Beside it lay a scroll of silk, upon which was recorded a manual. After reading it, he realized he had encountered an extraordinary opportunity and was overjoyed.
Of course, everyone else grew excited as well. If Chen Xiao could produce such a precious item, what benefits would they gain next?
Zhang Li pushed Chen Kun’s hand away, shaking her head. “You don’t love me. You only love yourself. All you’ve said today is just to show off, to prove how excellent you are, and to prove I was blind to not see it.”
Multiple Alliance Conferences had been held before, and the wizarding world’s upper echelon had established customary rules: the first half of the conference focused on announcements and decision-making.
Logically, the map’s sale was just his idea, and he was responsible for selling it. How could the blame fall on him? Meanwhile, the Xiao family remained untouched.
The distant voice no longer troubled him, seemingly mocking Chu Zifeng, watching him struggle.
—Then, live with all your might. Dead or alive, in the end, death is death, though the method remains bizarre.
A dense aura of death began to rise, carrying infinite decay and destruction, strong enough to unsettle even those at the fifth level of the Ten Thousand Methods.
Sifang pulled Su Shui back a few steps. Instantly, the earthen wall Sifang summoned shattered into large stones.
Previously, they had heard rumors doubting the Xuanyuan Sect, but each had been blind to the truth, refusing to believe anything other than the sect’s followers’ claims that such accusations were mere slander. Now, seeing their sect’s banner bearer fallen to such a state, they finally saw clearly.
Gu Que’s figure caught up, striking again with his blade. The dazzling blade light engulfed heaven and earth, shaking the very space.
With Chen Fu and others, who had been recruited beforehand, supervising, Zhao Wu found it hard to plot secretly. If he sincerely served Zhu Nao in the future, he might retain safety and wealth; if he dared any betrayal, Zhu Nao would crush him like an ant.

“No problem. There are two in total. This one’s a gift for you,” Xia Qingcheng said, picking up a piece of the Neon Feather Armor again.
Lu Qingyi felt inexplicably strange but her feet moved involuntarily toward a certain house. Compelled by some unknown force, she pushed open the door and entered.
Only then did they realize that rather than having seized the high ground, they had walked into a cage.
When Shen Tingchen returned home, the first thing he saw was wet patches on the floor leading all the way to the bathroom door.
“The final auction item isn’t something we can compete for. Though master and disciple are strong, the Time Shrine’s key is beyond your reach!” Chen Feng said.
Later, Liu Jingfeng couldn’t recall what he had chatted about with his disciples that day, nor what else had happened. He only remembered that when he saw Xie Wuchen approaching, all sounds and figures around him faded away.
A group of eunuchs dragged Zhong Qing toward the well. “This is the former Crown Princess. You sisters must take good care of her,” the lead eunuch said with a sinister smile.
To sit on the throne, Edward VII was no fool. His carefree demeanor didn’t mean he lacked schemes. He was also preparing to build a military base in Bahrain.
Hundreds of meters thick silver lightning continuously descended from the dark clouds, finally striking the thunder sea with a fierce crash, sending towering waves of thunder surging.
On his chest, the black jade wasn’t shaped like a bow and arrow, but resembled a scorpion with its tail hooked.
The power of the Dragon Clan was unquestionable. Dragon Island, Dragon Domain, Dragon City, Dragon Valley—all four rivaled the seven superfamilies. Even ordinary clan members possessed the strength of Dragon War Lords; Dragon War Emperors were commonplace, and Dragon War Sovereigns were numerous.
“Yes!” Forty-two black-robed figures responded in unison, their voices carrying for miles. The two to three hundred undead kings all turned pale. Those who still failed to understand by now were simply fools.
