The department manager was there as well, waiting cautiously at his side, which only made him feel even more triumphant.

Though Lin Hongsheng felt miserable inside, he still put on a flattering smile and spoke ingratiatingly.

Xu Zhihao, however, showed not the slightest appreciation. Instead, he sneered bluntly.

"Manager Lin, you're too kind. If you ever want to see me in the future, just make an appointment through my secretary. If I have the time, I'll certainly receive you."

After a pause, he added, "Though to be honest, I may not have the time by then. You should know that, for example, with General Manager Liang and Chairman Xu, do you really think executives of your level can arrange to see them whenever they please?"

Lin Hongsheng: "..."

He had always known that Xu Zhihao was arrogant. Relying on Young Chairman Xu's affection for his sister, he practically dared to disregard even the vice presidents.

Was he directly placing himself on an equal footing with the chairman and his wife?

He had dared to bully his sister, drive him out of the Xu family villa, and even insult his mother?
